At the jetty you will be welcomed by the crew with a refreshing aperitif – as soon as all passengers are on board, it’s “cast off” and the journey begins.
Lake cruise with beef fillet
During the tour you will enjoy a delicious menu. As a starter, we serve you a mixed seasonal salad with homemade veal terrine and Cumberland sauce.
For the main course, we serve fillet of beef in one piece with béarnaise sauce, baby carrots, bean bundles and cauliflower. As an alternative to the beef fillet, we offer a vegan celeriac escalope breaded with sesame seeds.
